Your data, your request
This is the route for anything about your own personal data — a copy of it, a correction, a deletion, an objection, or a complaint about how we handled it. It is free, and it never goes into the content-moderation queue.
What happens next
You get a reference straight away. A person reads it — this route is not automated, and no decision about your data is made by a machine alone. We acknowledge within the statutory period, with a seven-day target, and we tell you the outcome whether or not you agree with it.
Wrong place?
If this is about a wrong fact on a business listing, or about published content that is not about you, correct or remove is the route. Start here anyway if you are not sure: we route by substance, and a privacy concern that arrives on the content form is moved here under the same reference.
The regulator
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113, at any point. You do not need to come to us first, and using this form does not give up that right.
