Founder Mina Kashmir began baking from home in July 2020 after being furloughed from her events-industry job, then spent five years running Cinnammmm as a home bakery and wholesale supplier to around a dozen independent Leeds cafés before opening this first permanent café in December 2025. The menu centres on cinnamon bons in flavours such as vanilla cream cheese, Nutella, Biscoff, and caramel and pecan, alongside savoury versions, vegan options, cupcakes, brownies and coffee. O''Deli is a café and delicatessen at 4 New Market, Otley, part of the family-run O''Deli Group, which its own site says was started in 2015 by Tony and Kay. Kay has coeliac disease, and the kitchen is built around that: all the cakes are naturally gluten-free, soups, stews, quiches and Yorkshire pudding wraps are made gluten-free as standard, and bread and wraps come in both versions. Baking is done off-site at the group''s separate Bagels & Bakery on Market Street, which is entirely gluten-free, and non-gluten-free bread is toasted on a dedicated grill in the café to keep the two apart. The room is small — one table and five stools indoors, with six tables outside in good weather — and it opens Monday to Saturday. The same group runs O''Fresh greengrocers and the Otley Tap House.
